A trip to Ikea and REI in Pittsburgh created an opportunity for another weekend out on the road. Our first stop was Keystone State Park.
Keystone Lake was created by the Keystone Coal and Coke Company to supply water for their coke production for steel mills in Pittsburgh. The company built a lodge on the lake for executives to have a place for family vacations. The lodge is now the Kell Visitors Center.
