We had a weekend between Gilbert Ray and Catalina State Park, and were lucky to find a site at Karchner Caverns. Keeping with our desire to self isolate, we spent our time here on the trails. The weather was pleasant, though a little cooler than Tucson. So far we’ve been lucky in Arizona: warm sunny days with cool nights. Evidence of severe drought is everywhere around us.
